Retention of Your Personal Data

• Active Data: Personal Data required to provide and maintain the Service is retained as long as you have an active account with Us.

• Usage and Log Data: We retain Usage Data for internal analysis, security, and performance monitoring. This data is retained in active storage for 90 days. After 90 days, it is moved to a secure, cold storage archive for a total retention period of one year.

• Secure Deletion: After the one-year retention period, logs and other non-essential data are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. We will retain certain data only when we have a compelling legal obligation to do so (for example, to comply with applicable laws).
