Mission Lens Webchat Plugin

The Mission Lens plugin adds a chat button to your WordPress site. Visitors click it and ask questions in a chat window on the page, the same way they would text your organization. They can ask about hours, programs, membership, and other everyday questions, and get an answer right away. If they need a person, they can ask, and a staff member follows up by email.

No account is required to start a chat. On sites with more than one branch, visitors choose their branch. A site that belongs to a single branch can be set to that branch so the choice is skipped.

Install it once, enter the key Mission Lens gives you, and place the chat on the pages where you want it.
