2. Description of Service

Mission Lens provides an AI-powered information and automation platform designed for non-profit and community organizations. The Service includes document management, chatbot interaction, notifications, and related features.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (YMCA Programs)

Participating YMCA organizations (“YMCA”) may use SMS/text messaging to provide customer service and respond to user-initiated requests, including answering questions and assisting with class or program registration. Mission Lens LLC provides the technology platform that enables these communications but does not independently send SMS messages.

Opt-In:

You opt in to receive SMS messages by initiating a text message conversation with a participating YMCA. Messages are sent only in response to user-initiated requests.

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies based on your interaction.

Fees:

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opt-Out:

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you initiate a new conversation.

Help:

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact your local YMCA directly.

Privacy:

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties. SMS data is used solely to provide customer service and program assistance.

Carrier Disclaimer:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mission Lens LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
